October closed as our biggest month of the year, driven by faster follow ups, clearer pipeline visibility, and steady demand across Dubai’s prime communities. We also saw a lift in ticket size, with several larger deals pushing average values higher. Conversion improved as qualified enquiries moved through the funnel with fewer stalls, and earlier listing prep translated into stronger engagement at launch. The cadence was consistent: speed to lead tightened, next steps were owned, and deals kept moving even on the busiest days.
With November and December still to play, the focus is on keeping pace, maintaining response times, sharpening campaigns, and staying close to active buyers and sellers. We are also expanding.
